Currently, our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) support The Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Asia Pacific Regional Center (APRC). We escalate problems to the DIA’s Chief Information Office’s (CIO’s) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and track issues thru resolution. Our key accomplishments include:

• Modernized an outdated SharePoint system and integrated Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based processes to improve collaboration

• Updated antiquated workflows to support process changes resulting from a merger between the APRC and Afghanistan/Pakistan Task Force (APTF) in 2015 

• Engineered data management applications such as custom lists, libraries, task and production trackers, and team collaboration sub-sites

• Improved the User Experience (UX) by improving the SharePoint User Interface (UI)
